Terms & Conditions

At Aroha Mystical Wellness, we aim to provide you with a safe, enjoyable, and seamless retreat experience. These terms outline our mutual understanding when you book with us.

1. Booking and Contract

Your booking is confirmed once we receive full payment and send you written confirmation. By booking, you agree to our terms and confirm you have authority to book for all participants. All bookings follow UAE law.

2. Personal Information

By booking, you agree to provide accurate personal details and consent to the use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy

3. Payments and Pricing

All prices are per person and subject to change upon booking, depending on availability, exchange rates, or supplier updates. Full payment is required at the time of booking and can be made by bank transfer or credit/debit card. Single or triple occupancy supplements will be advised if applicable.

4. Amendments

All changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. No refunds will be issued for unused services or for no-shows.

5. Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds are processed as follows:

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the retreat incur a 35% fee;

  • Cancellations between 30 and 15 days incur a 50% fee;

  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the retreat are non-refundable.

Refund amounts will be issued minus applicable cancellation fees, bank charges, taxes, and currency exchange fees.

6. Force Majeure & Extraordinary Events

We may cancel bookings due to events beyond our control, such as war, natural disasters, or pandemics. You can transfer your booking to a future retreat or request a refund, which will be processed within 90–180 days, minus bank charges, taxes, and currency exchange fees.

7. Changes by Us

We may adjust itineraries, services, or accommodations due to unforeseen circumstances, always aiming to maintain equal value. In the rare event that we cancel a retreat, a full refund will be issued.

8. Special Requests and Accessibility

Please let us know of any dietary requirements, medical conditions, or accessibility needs when booking. We will make every effort to meet your requests, but cannot guarantee all can be fulfilled.

9. Retreat Offerings

Aroha Mystical Wellness provides retreat details in good faith. Occasionally, we may update or adjust services and facilities, and if needed, offer alternatives of equal value to ensure your experience is maintained, without additional fees. Package inclusions and exclusions are clearly specified in the retreat information page.

10. Travel Insurance

All participants must obtain their own travel insurance prior to the retreat. The insurance should cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings. Aroha Mystical Wellness does not provide insurance and is not liable for any costs incurred due to lack of coverage.

11. Resell of Packages

Our packages cannot be resold. Unauthorized sales will be cancelled without refund.

12. Responsibilities & Liability

Aroha Mystical Wellness acts as a retreat facilitator and is not liable for losses, injuries, damages, or delays caused by third-party providers or force majeure events, including natural disasters, health emergencies, or political issues. Participants are responsible for their own health, safety, and travel insurance throughout the retreat

13. Delays

Aroha Mystical Wellness is not responsible for delays resulting from airline disruptions, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

14. Travel Documentation

Participants are responsible for securing and maintaining valid passports, visas, and all necessary travel documents. Aroha Mystical Wellness accepts no liability for any issues or expenses resulting from incomplete or incorrect documentation.

15. Health

Participants must possess adequate physical and mental fitness for retreat activities and are required to disclose any medical conditions or special requirements prior to attendance to ensure appropriate care and safety measures.

16. Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct disrupts the group dynamic or compromises the safety, well-being, or experience of others. All participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward fellow guests, staff, and the environment.

17. Promotions

Promotional offers cannot be combined or applied concurrently. Each discount or promotion is valid individually and may not be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts.
